Gonadal dysgenesis (Turner's syndrome): impaired development of the medial tibial condyle. 
This AP film of the knee shows hypoplasia of the medial tibial condyle which is often a feature of gonadal dysgenesis. The medial tibial condyle appears depressed and there is corresponding overgrowth of the medial femoral condyle.
